Information:

This photograph is of the east branch of the Ausable River as it runs through the Adirondack Mountain Reserve property owned by the Ausable Club (also where Beaver Meadow Falls is). The Ausable Club is located in St. Hubert's in the Town of Keene (near Lake Placid in the High Peaks region of the Adirondacks). This portion of the Ausable River can be reached by following the main club road to the West Side Trail which parallels the Ausable River.

For the Shutterbugs:

This photograph was created with my Hasselblad 500CM, 50mm lens, and Bogen 3021 tripod: f22 for 4s. When you're working in water, be sure that vibrations are not caused by putting the legs of the tripod in the current. Film - Fuji Velvia (ISO 50). In dimly lit, low contrast situations, I expose Velvia as if it were ISO 32 or 40.
